The first two weeks of August 2026 were magical.
I got to experience the metaphysical world—and myself—in a way I never had before.
It was incredibly difficult to come to terms with what I was experiencing. At the same time, I felt deeply grateful and blessed.
I kept asking myself:
“Do I even deserve this?”
I tried to think of everything I might have done right in my life to have been given this incredible opportunity—to experience myself beyond my physical form, and get a glimpse into what God and this beautiful creation really are.
The answer came:
“Yes you do! You are being rewarded for the tenacity to be extremely honest with yourself.”
Suddenly, the struggles, the naivety, the curiosity to understand every little detail of life, and the stubbornness to keep listening to the voice within me… all started to make sense.
“So all that pain and confusion led to this?” I asked.
The voice within said, “Yes.”
“Then the journey has indeed been incredibly beautiful,” I smiled.
When I started this blog, its description read:
“A soul heading on the path of self-discovery.”
Today, I have crossed the first stage of that discovery. It feels like a graduation ceremony.
And what better way to honour it than to reopen this blog, thank it for being my reflection, and acknowledge that it stayed with me while I went deeper within—and, at the same time, kept expanding my branches into the world outside.
I had been working hard on this journey for a long time, even though I often felt lost and unable to find direction.
The rock bottom of my life turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
It led me to a beautiful soul.
Her guidance helped me navigate the confusions of life and become someone who knows her worth, is aware of the self within, and is more deeply aware of the world outside.
And now, I’m writing down the routine below as an anchor—to help me find my way back whenever I notice myself drifting away from the path I’ve chosen.
Heartfully. Mindfully. Lovefully. 🧡

Mental Wellness Routine
1. Pay attention to your intuition(the voice of your soul). Listening to it will help "you be the flow"
2. Above routine is only a prototype structure, every action above or otherwise in life needs to be done Heartfully, Mindfully, Lovefully
3. Practice patience, a lot of it.
4. Don't be moody or loose control over emotions. Emotions needs to be processed internally (or in safe spaces).
5. Forgive others and yourself. No incident or person, should trigger anything within. If it does process it, acknowledge it, forgive them heartfully knowing not everything is in their hand just like you. Forgive yourself.
6. Do not come in path of other's divine journey by giving unnecessary advice until asked for. Also let them face the consequences of their actions, as that is the only path to growth.
P.S. The purest form of healing and awakening is our Karma—the sincere effort and actions we put into life. Our thoughts and actions are the magicians we have been waiting to appear in our lives all along.
Lots of Love into the universe.
Happy Growing ! 🪴
